Aid by Trade Foundation works with women farmers in Côte d’Ivoire to improve everyday conditions and opportunities through agriculture. The focus is on restoring the soil while strengthening the foundation for more stable and reliable incomes.

Through the project, women get the opportunity to learn practical methods such as composting and biochar, so they can improve soil quality and increase their harvests. This creates new ways to earn an income while strengthening the long-term conditions for farming.

At the same time, financial training backs women in managing their income and making decisions in their own work and households.

This contributes to stronger farms, more stable livelihoods, and communities where women play a more active role in shaping everyday life and local economies.
