HOPE Worldwide Bangladesh works to expand access to skills and learning for families connected to the textile industry. Through vocational training and early learning support, young women and men get the opportunity to develop practical skills and build more stable everyday lives.

The programme includes training in digital skills, spoken English, and industrial sewing, alongside childcare that enables parents to participate. By combining learning with access to care, the initiative strengthens the conditions for families to take part in work and earn an income.

BESTSELLER Foundation has backed the programme over a three-year period, strengthening access to skills and creating opportunities for work and participation.
